Please phone our rooms to make an appointment.

You will need to bring:

A valid referral from your GP or specialist.
Any relevant test results, including blood tests, ultrasound, MRI, CT scans etc.
Your medicare and private health fund details.
A list of your current medications and allergies.

You will receive an SMS reminder 1-2 days prior to your appointment.

If you are unable to attend at the arranged time of your appointment, please contact us as early as possible to make an alternative appointment time.
